These Terms and Conditions govern the use of bay provider services offered by Bay Providers . By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Service Description and Scope
1.1 The Provider offers bay rental and management services to individuals or businesses seeking parking or storage space.
1.2 The Provider grants the User the right to access and use designated parking bays or storage areas as specified in the agreement.
1.3 The User shall only use the designated bay for the intended purpose, as agreed upon with the Provider.
2. Booking and Payment:
2.1 Users can book bays through the Provider’s website, app, or designated booking system.
2.2 Users agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the use of the bay in advance, as specified in the booking confirmation.
2.3 Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.
3. Duration and Renewal:
3.1 The duration of bay use is specified in the booking agreement. The User’s right to use the bay is limited to this duration.
3.2 Renewal of bay usage is subject to availability and mutual agreement between the User and the Provider.
4. User Obligations:
4.1 The User shall use the bay solely for the purpose agreed upon with the Provider and shall not engage in any illegal, hazardous, or disruptive activities.
4.2 The User is responsible for any damage caused to the bay or its surroundings during their use and shall report any damage immediately to the Provider.
4.3 The User shall not sublet, assign, or transfer their rights to the bay to any third party without the Provider’s written consent.
5. Provider Obligations:
5.1 The Provider shall maintain the bay in a reasonably clean and functional condition.
5.2 The Provider shall provide reasonable access to the bay during the agreed-upon usage period.
5.3 The Provider reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the bay for maintenance, repairs, or other necessary reasons.
6. Termination:
6.1 The Provider may terminate the User’s access to the bay immediately if the User breaches any terms of this Agreement.
6.2 Either party may terminate the Agreement at the end of the agreed-upon usage period by providing written notice to the other party.
7. Limitation of Liability:
7.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the User’s use of the bay, except to the extent caused by the Provider’s negligence or willful misconduct.
7.2 The User acknowledges that the Provider does not guarantee the security of the bay or its contents and shall take necessary precautions to protect their belongings.
8.Confidentiality:
8.1 Both parties agree to keep any non-public information exchanged during the course of the Agreement confidential.
9. Governing Law:
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Modification of Terms:
